Although the pandemic made virtual tours a necessity, as we move out of lockdown, we realise that some things still make sense. So, we take a video of every property and send it to potential viewers before a physical visit. Each potential buyer then has the opportunity to explore your home to make sure it’s the right fit for them so and it limits the number of unnecessary viewings for you.
